Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful experience for mums-to-be.
During pregnancy your body undergoes numerous changes physically as well as physiologically and spiritually. The physical changes can cause stress and discomfort. Massage is a wonderful way to help alleviate many of these discomforts, as well as promotes a sense of well-being.

- Decrease back and leg pain
- Improve sleep
- Decrease levels of the stress hormone norepinephrine
- Stimulate the release of endorphins, the body’s natural pain killers

Pregnancy Massage I offer is a modified Soft Tissue Massage, where treatment is tailored to your individual needs.
A massage session takes up to 60 minutes and it is performed at the comfort of your own home.

Some women may experience a high risk pregnancy. If you are having a high risk pregnancy it is best to discuss your condition with your midwife or GP before seeking a therapist. After doing so I might be able to perform massage treatment with a written release.
