Sports Massage

Sports Massage is not just for athletes. It helps with minor injuries, repetitive strain injuries, work-related tension, fatigue - to name a few.

Sports Massage sessions can last from 60 to 90 minutes and are always tailored to your individual needs.

A short Consultation, which helps me to establish your massage needs, is FREE of charge and ideally will be done over the phone prior to the massage session.

I provide all equipment that is necessary to perform a professional massage at your home. All I ask you is to have 2 towels or blankets ready to use during the session.
